However, the glossy coated art print paper distinguishes itself with better processability and significantly shorter drying times (after printing) compared to the matt coated art print paper. Whether to choose matt or glossy coated are print paper is ultimately a matter of personal taste and application range. Matt art print papter is used for more subtle printing projects and gives a refined impression. The character of the matt-coated art print paper guarantees a reflection-free image reproduction with a colour reproduction rich in contrast and facilitates excellent legibility. Glossy art print paper types ensure brilliant colour results and pin sharp contrasts. The "iron effect" which is created gives the paper surface more smoothness and shine. The paper runs through several roller pairs, which have various hardness levels and are made of different materials. Glazing refers to the post-treatment of the paper in a calender after production, also known as calendering. Glossy coated art print paper is produced by adding a subsequent glazing. This gives the paper a more refined, smoother and more stable surface, which enables a high level of detail reproduction and printing quality. Here you may select either glossy or matt for your printed object.Ĭoated paper (also known as art print or photo image paper) is a specially manufactured paper, which has a surface that is refined with a coating that can be either matt or glossy.

So I would recommend NOT to buy X-Plane keys from G2A, or any of these "marketplace sites".Special thanks to Ilias Tselios, the original author of ITXD Light Controls for X Plane 11. But at this point it looks like I lost my 27.71€ for good :( If I had bought the key using credit card, I could have had one more chance to get my money back. I tried claiming a refund through PayPal, but I just got an automatic response that my claim has been denied, because it has been over 180 days since the transaction happened. I asked for help from G2A's own support, they just tell me to contact the seller (who doesn't answer to me). I asked for help from Laminar Research, but they just told me that "my key had been either bought using a stolen credit card or the original purchaser deactivated it for money", and give me a link where to buy a "legit key" :( I Tried contacting the person who sold me the key via G2A (Eche87685), but He/She just ignores me. I bought a X-Plane key from G2A, and used it for over half a year until one day it just suddenly stopped working. Have a look at all of the problems listed under this link found at If you purchased from g2a then it is 99.9% confirmed it is a pirate copy. Any other sellers are most likely selling a "dodgy" or pirate copy. Where did you purchase your copy from? To the best of my knowledge the only legal digital download version available is from Laminar Research. There are many others who have experienced the same problem as you. Whether you run a dvd version or digital download version the software performs a silent check to determine if you are running a legal copy or running two versions at the same time. When you run a digital download version you have to be connected to the internet at all times. When you run a DVD version you have to have disc 1 in a DVD drive at all times. Normally when a download version is upgraded it does not cause or create a problem you describe. I am not from Laminar Research just a flight simmer from downunder. But back then, interrogatories could only elicit admissible evidence (not the broader modern standard of "reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence") and could only request evidence in support of the plaintiff's case, not either side's case (that is, they could not ask for evidence which the defendant intended to use in support of his defenses and was otherwise entirely irrelevant to the plaintiff's case). Īt some point between the reign of Elizabeth I (1558-1603) and the late seventeenth century, positions were gradually replaced by interrogatories: written questions which the defendant was required to truthfully respond to under oath in his answer to the bill, based on information within his own personal knowledge as well as documents in his possession. Although canonists also looked to Roman law, positiones were unknown to the Romans. The practice of pleading positiones in canon law (which influenced Chancery procedure) had originated with "the practice of the courts of the Italian communes in the early thirteenth century". They strongly resembled modern requests for admissions, in that the defendant was required to plead only whether they were true or false. These were statements of evidence that the plaintiff assumed to exist in support of his pleading and which he believed lay within the knowledge of the defendant. Conversely, a party or nonparty resisting discovery can seek the assistance of the court by filing a motion for a protective order.ĭiscovery evolved out of a unique feature of early equitable pleading procedure before the English Court of Chancery: among various requirements, a plaintiff's bill in equity was required to plead "positions". When a discovery request is objected to, the requesting party may seek the assistance of the court by filing a motion to compel discovery. Discovery can be obtained from nonparties using subpoenas. ĭiscovery, in the law of common law jurisdictions, is a phase of pretrial procedure in a lawsuit in which each party, through the law of civil procedure, can obtain evidence from other parties by means of methods of discovery such as interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admissions and depositions. district courts, by disposition, 1990–2006. |
